Probably the hardest thing you will face when starting to become a drone flyer is to choose the right drone for you, your skill and budget. Well today I am going to help you find your match out of these 5 drones that stood out for some reason.
Syma X8HG RC Drone – $96.50
In some cases the cheapest isn’t the best but that’s not the case with the Syma X8HG RC Drone. I personally use a even cheaper Syma Drone but for casual and light use it’s great. Anyway the X8HG has a Barometer set height making hovering a breeze. It claims that the quadcopter will hover at the position the joystick was released. Now that’s a great feature for a $96.50 drone. It also has a 2.4 Ghz control for anti interference, 6 axis gyro for very stable flight, 720p HD Camera which is ok but I believe is changeable to like a Xiaomi Action Camera, 360 eversion and colorful led lights making flying at night cool and safe. The battery offers a decent flying time of about 10 minutes with a control distance of up to 100m. However I would recommend flying at around 50m so you have some spare room and so the drone won’t crash.Overall this is a great drone packed with features for under $100! Please note that prices to change and depending on the time you’re reading this article the prices may be different. Also remember to always buy your drone from GearBest. They offer the lowest and I mean lowest prices in the whole world. GearBest Link>

XK X251 2.4GHz RC Quadcopter RTF (Racing Drone) – $99.00
This next option has some features for a $99 USD drone. The drone has a brushless motor which provides more power and can reach 21m/s. Now that’s what you call fast. Please remember that higher speed is harder control so be careful! It also has the 2.4 Ghz Control, 6 Axis Gyro, 3D rollover which lets the drone to tricks, and LED lights. This includes no camera but it can be mounted later. It has a flying time of up to 12 minutes and a control distance of about 300m. So this drone has mostly the same features as the Syma drone however it’s much faster. GearBest Link>

What is a brushless motor?
According to http://www.dynetic.com/ a DC brushless motor uses a permanent magnet external rotor, three phases of driving coils, one or more Hall effect devices to sense the position of the rotor, and the associated drive electronics. The coils are activated, one phase after the other, by the drive electronics as cued by the signals from the Hall effect sensors, they act as three-phase synchronous motors containing their own variable frequency drive electronics.
